Experience
Our company conducts complex and general investigations on behalf of commercial clients.
We are qualified in all areas of complex investigations, including criminal matters, fraud, arson and general insurance.
We have a sound knowledge of evidence gathering procedures recognized by criminal and civil courts, tribunals and other legal bodies. Our investigation staff have prepared briefs of evidence for further investigations and prosecutions by the police and the DPP. The investigators have extensive experience in conducting interviews utilising best practices, including audio, video and written records of interview and statements.
Our experience within the insurance industry includes complex investigations into public liability, workers compensation, common law, motor vehicle theft and traffic crashes, domestic and commercial burglaries.

Our staff are all long-term employees engaged because of their ability and training as former serving WA police officers.
All staff members are holders of Investigators Licenses under the provisions of the Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996.

All staff engaged by our organisation have extensive written and oral communication skills. This has been developed through many years of conducting a wide variety of investigations and training courses completed both with the WA Police Service and private enterprise. We encourage the enhancement of skills by our staff to improve service delivery and ensure best practices are adhered to at all times.
Capacity to meet service standards
Before investigations are assigned to an investigator the client’s instructions are reviewed and an investigation plan generated and suitable resources allocated.
Company policy is to complete all investigations in a timely manner. Management monitors all investigations on a daily basis. All investigations are controlled by a senior member of management.
